What went wrong?

You've probably just received a very garbled newsletter from me.

It's supposed to announce my new book and include a picture of the cover.

When I sent myself a preview, it was perfect. So I sent out the mass mailing. As I'm on the list, I got what you probably got and it looks like the aftermath of Katrina.

I'm trying to figure out what went wrong.
